Zachary Savas started his automotive career as President of Andover Industries, a Tier One supplier of injection molded parts for interior and exterior applications. He has been with Production Spring since 2002 and is focused on the operations of the business.
Bob Kaleto is the Chief Operations Officer at Production Spring. Bob has more than 30 years of experience in various manufacturing positions. His well-rounded experiences include studies in quality management, SPC, and metrology at Schoolcraft College. Bob is always looking for ways to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
Diane Thursam is the controller at Production Spring. Diane has a passion for making sure that the office operates efficiently and ensures that administrative processes meet financial requirements. Her expertise and attention to detail have her spearheading the implementation of a new ERP system at Production Spring.
Alvertis (Al) Williams is the Customer Relations / Quality Manager at Production Spring. He has more than 40 years of work experience with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry. Al has a Business Industrial Application (BIA) degree from GM Institute, an MBA from Michigan State University, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. His prior experience in various management positions, coupled with his quality process knowledge make him a valuable asset to our team.
Rebecca (Becky) Guseman is the Purchasing and Scheduling Manager at Production Spring. She has an Associate degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, and completed a 2 year Purchasing and Material Management course through Gannon University. She is a tireless worker that focuses on ensuring we meet customer delivery requirements through supplier management and process discipline.
Our manufacturing personnel have a depth of process and product understanding that rivals any in the industry. This applied knowledge creates a synergy of people, tools and equipment which result in product excellence. Production Spring is a non-union shop. We have highly experienced operating personnel – average tenure of leadership team on the manufacturing floor is over 20 years.
Lisa Curatolo is the team leader of the Production Spring secondary operations department. Lisa received her manufacturing expertise at Production Spring while working as a department operator for several years. Her persistence and determination has been evident through the successful implementation of several automation projects, including our new vision sorting equipment. Her ability to lead her team comes from her extensive knowledge of department procedure and a desire to provide only the best product to our customers.
Edward Burton is the team leader of the Production Spring automatic press department. Edward's fifteen years of metal forming experience includes set up and operation of various press and tool configurations. This expertise has been integral to the advancement of press controls and application of die protection at Production Spring.
Eric Webb is the team leader of the Production Spring four slide department. Eric has more than 30 years of experience in slide forming technologies. Eric employs his processing and quality knowledge to ensure his team can sustain the productivity improvements the four slide department made in the last 2 years. His dedication to Production Spring and its customers drive the continuous improvement in this department.
Chris Brodzik is the production team leader at Production Spring. Chris has more than 15 years of experience in all types of metal forming, specializing in tooling and die repair. He is responsible for ensuring all machines, tools, and personnel are performing as required. He has been integral to the successful implementation of all new equipment and new tool launches for the last 5 years.
